Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You request a refund within 3 days of your first purchase
  • You have not used more than 10 credits from your purchase
  • This is your first refund request

Refunds are not available for:

  • Purchases made more than 3 days ago
  • Accounts that have used significant credits
  • Repeat refund requests
  • Promotional or discounted purchases (unless required by law)

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made
  • Unused credits from the current period will remain available until the period ends
  • Partial refunds for unused time are not provided

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at support@nanobananaweb.io
  2. Include your account email and order number
  3. Briefly explain the reason for your request

We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. The exact timing depends on your payment provider.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear to be abusive or fraudulent. In cases of technical issues on our end that prevent service delivery, we will provide appropriate compensation or refunds regardless of the above conditions.
