Paid features require purchase of credits or subscription plans. All payments are processed securely through our payment providers. Prices are subject to change with notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nano Banana shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.
